综放工作面刮板机上窜与下滑的控制技术

摘　　要：分析了综放工作面刮板机上窜与下滑的原因,通过采取合理设计,保证工作面等长,根据工作面不同倾角段,采取调整工作面仰俯角度,拉移支架防滑以及推刮板机顺序等方法,有效地控制了工作面前后部刮板机上窜与下滑的技术难题,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了工作面产量和安全生产系数。Analyses the reason of ＂up and down＂ sliding of scraper conveyor in fully-mechanized ca-ving,through adopting the reasonable design,ensures equal length of mining face,according to the different angle section,takes adjusting the pitching angle of the face,moving support anti-skid and pushing scraper and other methods,effectively control the ＂up and down＂ sliding of scraper on the front and the back of the face,reduces the labor intensity,improves the yield of the face and safety production factor.
