湖南省旅游投资环境聚类分析与评价

摘　　要：旅游投资是旅游开发建设的投资行为。旅游业作为高投入的产业,需要大量资金的支持,而旅游地投资环境的好坏直接影响旅游投资商的投资行为。通过运用SPSS17.0软件,采用逐步聚类分析方法,对湖南省十四个地市旅游业投资环境进行了聚类分析。在对各城市旅游投资环境评价的基础上,把湖南十四地市旅游投资环境划分为综合实力型、旅游资源突出型、实力均衡型、成熟稳定型和快速发展型五个等级。最后,提出完善湖南旅游投资环境等优化对策。Tourism investment is the investment behavior of tourism development and construction.As a high-input industry,tourism needs the support of a lot of money,while tourism destination＇s investment environment influences directly tour investor＇s investment behavior.By SPSS17.0 software,This paper adopts quick cluster analysis method,carries out the cluster to the tourism investment environment of 14 cities in Hunan Province.based on evaluation on tourism investment environment of these cities,this paper partitions them into five types,such as,the comprehensive strength type,prominent type of tourism resources,the balance to power-type,maturity and stability and fast-growing type etc.aiming at the existence question,this paper puts forward some measures,like grasping the development opportunity,enlarging construction to infrastructure.finally,it puts some optimal strategies to make sound investment environment of Hunan＇s.
