彩色多普勒超声引导腹部肿物穿刺活检的临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声引导腹部肿物穿刺活检的临床应用。方法实时彩色多普勒超声引导下,使用自动活检枪,18G切割活检针,每个病灶取材2～3次。结果 41例腹部肿物,取材成功率100%(41/41),30例为恶性肿瘤,11例为良性病变,诊断符合率为97.6%(40/41)。结论彩色多普勒超声引导下腹部肿物穿刺活检术具有安全、可靠、有效、简便等优点,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical application of needle biopsy on abdominal mass by color Doppler ultrasonic guidance. Methods In the real time color Doppler ultrasonic guidance, using automatic biopsy gun and 18G cutting biopsy needle, the specimens were extracted in each lesion for 2~3 times.Results In the 41 cases with abdominal masses,the successful rate of extracted specimen was in 100%（41/41）. Among them, 30 cases were malignant tumor and 11 cases were benign lesion. The diagnostic coincidence rate was 97.6%.（40/41 ）. Conclusion In the color Doppler ultrasonic guidance, the needle biopsy of abdominal mass has safe, reliable, effective and convenient advantages.
