摘 要:目的:观察26例胸科手术病人单肺通气期间PEEP对血流动力学的影响。方法:A组12例,单肺通气期间采用5cmH2OPEEP;B组14例,单肺通气期间未用PEEP。结果:两组病人单肺通气后SV、CO、CI均呈下降趋势。A组下降幅度略大于B组,A组在PEEP后45min降至最低。但两组之间比较无显著差异。恢复双肺通气后SV、CO、CI即回升。其余参数无明显变化。单肺通气后动脉血氧分压下降,但均在安全范围内。结论:单侧肺5cmH2O对血流动力学的影响不大。但在存在低血容量的病人。Objective:Effect of PEEP on hemodynamics during one lung ventilation (OLV) was studied. Methods:26 patients having thoracic operation were divided into PEEP (group A, n= 12) and control(group B, n= 14) groups. Results:In group A,SV,CO,CI tended to decrease during OLV with 5cmH 2O PEEP, with the lowest point at 45 min after the biginning of PEEP. So did in group B without PEEP, except that the changes in group B were slightly less than those in group A. Conclusion:A PEEP of 5cmH 2O does not influence on the hemodynamics markedly during OLV, but should be carefully used in hypovolemic patient.
