钩藤总碱与钩藤碱神经阻滞作用实验研究的初步报告

摘　　要：目的与方法：采用中草药钩藤提取物钩藤总碱和钩藤碱，观察其对动物神经的阻滞作用。结果：钩藤总碱有明显的神经传导阻滞、浸润麻醉和椎管内麻醉作用，而钩藤碱则无。钩藤总碱神经阻滞作用强、起效快、维持时间９０±１５ｍｉｎ。结论：钩藤总碱含有更有效的神经阻滞作用成份，有待于进一步筛选。Objective and Methods: The effect of rhynchophylla alkaloids and rhynchophylline was investigated in flog. Results: (1)Rhynchophylla alkaloids effects on nerve blocking, infiltration anesthesia and intrathecal anesthesia, were found. (2)The nerve blocking effect of rhynchophylla alkaloids was stronger than that of rhynchophylline. The duration of rhynchophylla alkaloids anesthetic effect was 90±15min. Conclusion: There are more effective nerve blockings components in the rhynchophylla alkaloids. Further screening needs to be done.
