摘　　要：基层女干部是我国干部队伍的重要组成部分,其依法行政能力的状况直接影响我国女干部队伍整体的执政水平,关系法治政府及和谐社会的构建。因此,针对基层女干部依法行政能力的现状,如法律信仰不够坚定、对依法行政的相关法理理解不深、法律知识仍显不足等情况,应当进一步强化法制观念,在干部培训中增加依法行政的内容,注重能力培养,强化对干部依法行政工作的监督,提升女性主体意识,从而促进其依法行政能力的不断提高。Woman cadre at basic level are important component part of our country cadre team,their state of administration according to law directly may affect the governance of the whole woman cadre team,and affect the construction of law-based government and construction of harmonious society.In view of the current situation of woman cadre at basic level by the ability of administration according to law,such as their legal belief seem not firm too enough,comprehension of legal principle of administration according to law seem not too deep,and lack of legal knowledge,we should strengthen their legal sense more,and add more contents of administration according to law at cadre training,and must also emphasize the ability training,improve the supervision mechanism,promote the female subject consciousness,so their ability of administration according to law may promote continuously.
