摘　　要：2009年,香港成为世界最大的首次公开上市(IPO)证券融资市场,被誉为全球最自由的经济体系和最廉洁的地区之一。随着内地企业在港上市数量日益增多,廉政公署加强打击金融业界贪污罪行,基于属地管辖原则,近年来"国美电器"黄光裕、"创维数码"黄宏生等内地企业案中发挥显著作用。面对金融海啸,廉政公署将上市企业规范的问题摆在首位,开展廉署及企业的专业培训,全方位治理贪腐问题,值得研究与借鉴。In 2009, Hong Kong became the world＇s largest initial public offering （IPO） security finance market,and was known as one of the most the freest economy system and most honest area in the world. As the number mainland enterprises listed in Hong Kong increasing, the Independent Commission Against Corruption, based on the principle of territorial jurisdiction, strengthened the financial sector to combat corruption, and in recent years, in the cases of ＂Gome＂ Huang Guangyu, ＂Skyworth Digital＂ Huang Hongsheng and other mainland enterprises played a significant role. Facing of financial crisis, the ICAC will play the issues of listed companies criterion in the first place, and carry out professional training in the ICAC and enterprises, comprehensively manage the corruption issues, which are worthy of study and reference.
