瑞香素及其衍生物对2型糖尿病大鼠血液流变学影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究瑞香素及其衍生物对2型糖尿病血液流变学的影响。方法:采用高脂饮食结合小剂量应用链脲佐菌素(30mg·kg-1)建立实验性2型糖尿病(2型DM)大鼠模型。通过对大鼠血小板聚集率、全血黏度(高切、中切、低切)指标的检测,观察瑞香素及其衍生物对血液流变学影响。结果:与模型组比较,瑞香素组(0.5g·kg-1)、消渴丸组(3.0g·kg-1)及联合给药组(3.5g·kg-1)均能抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集(P<0.01、P<0.05),瑞香素(0.5g·kg-1)、瑞香素衍生物(1.0g·kg-1、0.5g·kg-1)、消渴丸(3.0g·kg-1)及联合给药(3.5g·kg-1)均能降低全血黏度低切(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论:瑞香素及其衍生物可明显改善2型DM大鼠血液流变学的异常。Objective To study the effect to hemorheology induced by daphnetin and its derivative on type 2 diabetic rats.Method To establish experimental type 2 diabetes mellitus （type 2 DM） rats by high-fat diet combined with small doses of streptozotocin （30 mg/kg） .To observe the effection to hemorheology induced by daphnetin and its derivatives through the detection of platelet aggregation,whole blood viscosity （high-cut,medium cut,low cut） .Results Compared with model group,daphnetin group （0.5 g/kg） ,Xiaoke pill group （3.0 g/kg） and joint treatment group （3.5 g/kg） can inhibit ADP-induced platelet aggregation（P〈0.01,P〈0.05） ,daphnetin （0.5 g/kg） ,daphnetin derivatives （1.0 g/kg,0.5 g/kg） ,Xiaoke pill （3.0 g/kg） ,and co-administration （3.5 g/kg） could decrease the low-shear whole blood viscosity （P〈0.05,P〈0.01,P〈0.001） .Conclusion Daphnetin and its derivatives can improve the blood hemorheology in exceptive type 2 DM rats.
