股骨远端骨折的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨股骨远端新鲜骨折内固定的治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析采用AO微创内固定系统(LISS-DF)和股骨逆行锁髓内钉治疗股骨远骨折120例的病例资料。结果:所用病例随访6～20个月。A组70例,骨折均愈合,总有效率91.43%,并发症发生率5.71%。B组50例,优良率84.0%,并发症发生率28.0%。两组优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两组手术治疗远端骨折均能恢复解剖结构,最大限度地恢复了肢体功能;LISS-DF比股骨逆行锁髓内钉并发症少,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the internal fixation treatments of newly distal femur fractures.Method The data of 120 cases treated by AO minimally invasive fixation system （DF ） and femur LISS-a retrograde intramedullary nailing treatment were reviewed.Results The cases were followed up for 6 ～ 20 months.Group A of 70 cases were healed,the total effective rate was 91.43% ,and the complication incidence was 5.71% .The excellent and good rate was 84.0% ,and the complication incidence was 28.0% in group B.The excellent and good rate of the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05） .The complication incidence of the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05） .Conclusion The surgical treatment of distal femoral fractures can resume anatomical structure,restore limb function maximally,LISS-DF has fewer complications compared with intramedullary nailing.
