摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理干预对门诊静脉输液患者的影响。方法:将符合入组标准的498例静脉输液患者按就诊顺序单分为干预组、对照组各249例。对照组接受常规输液护理;干预组在常规护理基础上加强舒适护理干预措施。比较患者的舒适满意度。结果:两组之间的各方面满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),因此舒适护理干预对门诊静脉输液患者的舒适满意度有显著提高。结论:将舒适护理干预运用到门诊静脉输液的患者中,不仅能确保患者的安全,提高患者身心舒适程度,还能促进护理服务质量的提高,深化整体护理的内涵。Objective To investigate the effect of the comfort nursing intervention on outpatient intravenous infusion patients.Method Meeting the standard of 498 cases of intravenous infusion patients,by doctor order,divided into single intervention group and the control group,249 cases in each group.The control group received conventional infusion care,the intervention group received intensive care intervention on the basis of conventional care.Results Satisfaction between the two groups showed statistically significant difference （P〈0.01） ,so comfort nursing intervention improved the outpatient intravenous infusion patients’satisfaction significantly.Conclusion Intervention with comfort care to outpatient intravenous infusion patients,not only ensures the patients’safety,improves the patients’comfort,but also improves the quality of nursing service,and deepens the connotation of overall care.
