新生儿窒息120例急救复苏与护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨新生儿窒息的急救复苏与护理。方法:对120例新生窒息患儿按复苏指南进行急救复苏与护理。结果:经及时抢救与严密护理,复苏成功116例,死亡4例,复苏成功率为96.7%。结论:正确快速的评估、医护间良好的配合,恰当的护理、娴熟的复苏技术及复苏后的护理,可有效提高新生儿窒息的复苏成功率。Objective To discuss the resuscitation and nursing of neonatal asphyxia.Method Total 120 cases of neonatal asphyxia were resuscited and nursed according to guidelines of resuscitation.Results After timely rescue and careful nursing,117 cases were successfully cured （96.7% ） and 4 cases died.Conclusion Timely detection and correct evaluation,closely cooperation between doctor and nurse,appropriate nursing,skilled resuscitation techniques and nursing after resuscitation,can efficaciously elevate the resuscitation rate of neonatal asphyxia.
