追风逐瘀醒脑汤对慢性硬膜下血肿治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过对慢性硬膜下血肿的患者在常规钻孔引流基础上加用王明杰教授经验方追风逐瘀醒脑汤,观察该方对钻孔引流术后颅内残存积气、积液、积血的临床疗效。方法:严格按照慢性硬膜下血肿患者120例作为纳入病例,采用随机临床试验方法分为实验组80例和对照组40例进行治疗,观察各项指标的差异性。结果:实验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:追风逐瘀醒脑汤对慢性硬膜下血肿的治疗有显著的增效作用。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effects of Zhuifengzhuyuxinao soup on the residual gas, fluid, and blood of patients with chronic subdttral hematoma after drainage through a drilled hole. Methods： A total of 120 patients with chronic subdural hematoma were enrolled in this study, and randomized into experimental group （80 patients） and control group （40 patients）. The therapeutic effects was observed and compared between two groups. Results： The therapeutic effects of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Zhuifengzhuyuxingnao soup can significandy enhance the efficacy of treatment for chronic subdural hematoma.
