知识型创业与产业集群创新联动发展研究

摘　　要：以发生在知识创新与知识溢出背景下的创业活动(知识型创业)为主要研究对象,研究了知识型创业与产业集群创新存在的关联互动关系。指出知识型创业与产业集群创新的联动是推动区域创新网络演化的重要动力之一,其核心在于知识吸纳与创新创造能力的提升。在此基础上,建立了区域创新网络演化的三元模型,通过知识型创业、产业集群创新与区域创新环境互动关系的研究,为建设创新型区域的相关政策规划提供指导和建议。Knowledge-based entrepreneurship is the critical concept for the research on the industrial innovation and regional innovation network. The paper discloses the coupling mechanism of knowledge-based entrepreneurship with the industrial cluster innovation. It also points that the main power of regional innovation networks evolution lies on enhancing the abilities of knowledge absorption and knowledge-based innovation/entrepreneurship. The paper constructs the model of triadic reciprocal determinism for the regional innovation networks for the intensive research. Base on the theoretical analysis, it presents some views and suggestions for the regional innovation policy planning.
