HPLC测定清肝化瘀合剂中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法对清肝化瘀合剂中的特征成分芍药苷进行含量测定。方法应用Hypersil ODS_2色谱柱(4.6×250mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.8%磷酸水溶液-水(16:11:73,V/V)为流动相;流速为0.8mL·min^(-1);检测波长为230 nm;柱温为25℃。结果芍药苷为16.5～82.5μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)时良好线性关系。芍药苷平均加样回收率为98.97%,RSD为1.41%。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于清肝化瘀合剂中芍药苷含量测定。OBJECTIVE To determine quantitatively paeoniflorin for chief component of qingganhuayu mistura by HPLC. METHODS The column was Hypersil ODS2（4.6 × 250mm, 5μm） ;the mobile phase was acetoni- trile-0.8 % phosphoric acid solution-water（ 16 ： 11 ： 73, V/V） ; the flow rate was 0.8mL·min^-1 ; the detective wavelength was 230 nm; the column temperature was 25℃ . RESULTS The linear range of paeoniflorin was 16.5 82.5μg·mL^-1 （r = 0.9999）, the average recovery was 98.97 %, and relative standard deviation was 1.41% - CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be applied to the determination of paeoniflorin in qingganhuayu mistura.
