摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定昆明山海棠药材中雷公藤酯甲含量的方法.方法采用反相C18柱,以乙腈-水(80:20)为流动相,205nm为检测波长,测定雷公藤酯甲的含量.结果雷公藤酯甲在0.42～10.5μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.9995,平均回收率94.3%,RSD为2.87%.结论本方法灵敏、准确、重现性好.Objective To establish a method to determine the content of Wilforlide A in Tripterygium hypoglaucum（Levl.）Hutch by HPLC.Methods The content of Wilforlide A was measured by HPLC on reversed-phase C18 column with acetonitrile-water（80：20）as mobile phase and 205 nm as the detection wavelength.Result The content of Wilforlide A was linear in the range of 0.42～10.5 μg/mL with a regression coefficient of 0.995,the average rate of recovery was 94.3%,RSD was 2.87%.Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility.
