摘 要:目的探讨RANTES(regulated on activation,normal T-cell expressed and secreted)基因启动子区-28C/G多态性与佤族人群糖尿病前期的相关性.方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法对129例佤族糖尿病前期者(PD)和91例佤族正常对照(NC)的RANTES基因启动子区-28C/G多态性进行检测;比较分析两组间基因型频率和等位基因频率;比较两组间临床和生化指标;运用Logistic回归分析评价糖尿病前期的相关危险因素.结果 (1)PD组与NC组基因型频率和等位基因频率差异无统计学意义;(2)在佤族人群中,女性、年龄、TG、TC、LDL-C是糖尿病前期发生的危险因素;(3)PD组和NC组的年龄相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)HDL-C是糖尿病前期发生的保护因素.结论 RANTES基因启动子区-28C/G多态性与佤族糖尿病前期发生无关;性别、年龄和血脂水平与糖尿病前期发生密切相关.Objective To explore the correlation between RANTES gene promoter-28C/G polymorphism and pre-diabetes in Wa people.Methods The polymorphism of RANTES gene promoter-28C/G was detected by PCR-RFLP in 129 Wa people with pre-diabetes(PD group)and 91 healthy Wa people as controls(NC group).The genotypes and allele frequencies distributions were compared between people with pre-diabetes and controls,at the same time,the related clinical and biochemical indicators were also compared.A Logistic regression analysis was used to estimate the risk markers of pre-diabetes.Results(1)There was no significant differences in genotypes and allele frequencies distributions between PD group and NC group.(2)The female,age,TG,TC,LDL-C were risk factors of PD in Wa people.(3) T here was a significant difference in age of people between PD group and NC group(P〈0.05).(4)HDL-C was a protective factor of PD in Wa people.Conclusions RANTES gene promoter-28C/G polymorphism is not significantly associated with pre-diabetes in Wa people.Sex,age and levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,and HDL-C are associated closely with pre-diabetes.
