胰淀素与2型糖尿病左前臂骨密度的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨血清胰淀素水平与2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者左前臂骨密度的相关性.方法长期居住在云南的T2DM患者149例,用双能X线测定左前臂(尺桡骨下1/3)的骨密度,同时放免法测定血清胰淀素浓度,并利用稳态模型分析胰岛β细胞功能及胰岛素敏感性.结果校正年龄、性别、BMI、胰岛功能等因素之后,T2DM患者的左前臂骨密度与胰淀素呈正相关(P<0.05),与年龄呈负相关(P<0.05).结论胰淀素与T2DM患者左前臂骨密度呈正相关;提示胰淀素可能是T2DM骨代谢的一个保护性因素.Objective To investigate the association between the serum islet amyloid polypeptide（IAPP）and left forearm＇s bone mineral density（BMD）of patients with type 2 diabetes（T2DM）.Methods 149 patients with T2DM were enrolled in this study.The bone mineral density（BMD）of the left forearm was measured by Dual X-ray absorptiometry method and expressed as T-score.The serum levels of IAPP were examined by RIA assay.The function of beta cells of islet and insulin sensitivity were examined by using homeostatic model.Result After adjusting the age,sex,BMI and HOMA-IR,T-score was positively associated with IAPP（r=0.026,P〈0.05）and negatively associated with age and sex.Conclusion Serum IAPP levels are positively associated with BMD of T2DM patients,suggesting that IAPP may be a protecting factor of bone metabolism in T2DM.
