摘 要:首钢京唐钢铁厂5500m^3超大型高炉配置了BSK新型顸燃式热风炉,为进一步研究燃烧器工作特性,充分掌握热风炉内流场分布状况,利用CFD技术对燃烧器冷态工况进行模拟计算。先后计算了空气喷口单独工作时的冷态流场,煤气喷口单独工作时的冷态流场,并都得到了收敛的结果。计算表明,空气、煤气喷口速度分布比较均匀,都形成了均匀的旋流流场,为燃烧形成均匀的温度场创造了条件。The blast furnace with a capacity of 5 500 m^3 of Ironmaking Department of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Corporation are installed with the new model BSK top combustion hot air stove. In order to acquire a thorough understanding of the flow field distribution in the hot air stove and verify the flow field simulation results from computer calculation, Beijing Shougang International Engineering Tech- nology Company, together with Ironmaking Department of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Corporation, have conducted a cold - state testing to the BSK top combustion hot air stove of the No. 2 blast furnace. In the paper a summary of a part of the cold - state testing results of the hot air stove is made, and the results are analyzed and compared with the flow field simulation computation results. The conclusion is that there is a basic conformity between the velocity distribution tendency of the air port and gas port of the burner and that obtained from flow field simulation computation result.
