摘　　要：宣钢100万t／a球团工程自2008年2月投产后运行一直不正常，尤其是链篦机－回转窑－环冷机三大主机经过中修改造后也没有彻底解决根本问题，首钢国际工程公司结合现场实际和自身技术在2009年3月对宣钢球团进行了大修改造，目前运行平稳，达到设计指标，取得了圆满成功。Xuangang 1.00MTPA pellet plant runs abnormally since it was put into production in February 2008, especially the problem has not been solved from the root after the major maintenance of the three main machines, traveling grate - rotary kiln - annular cooler. Beijing Shougang International Engineering ＆ Technology Co. Ltd. carried out the major overhaul and revamp to Xuangang Pellet Plant in March 2009 with consideration of site condition and self- technology. At present it runs stably and smoothly, the design indexes are achieved and the major overhaul and revamp has been completed successfully.
