摘  要:高炉煤气采用干式布袋除尘工艺后,其输配系统中的煤气管道内壁出现了严重的腐蚀现象,新建管道3个月可出现因管道腐蚀而穿孔漏气,严重危害工厂的安全运行,为此经过试验手段筛选防腐涂料,并在钢铁厂高炉冶炼现场做了高炉煤气清除氯化物的试验,取得了相应的工艺数据,并将其优化,形成最终高炉煤气氯化物清除工艺技术。通过应用效果看,上述两项单项技术应用于首钢京唐钢铁厂5500m^3高炉煤气管道中,经过半年以上时间运行生产,防腐效果显著。After BFG adopts dry bag type dedusting process, severe corrosion phenomenon appears to inner wall of gas pipeline of the transfer and distribution system. The pipeline newly built within three months can be corroded so that it is perforated for gas leakage. This jeopardizes safety operation of the plant seriously. Therefore corrosion protection paint is selected by means of test method, and test of BFG chloride removal from BFG is carried out at site of BF melting process. Relative process data is collected, and they are optimized and developed finally a technology of BFG chloride removal process. From view of application result, the above two individual techniques are applied to BFG pipeline of 5500m^3 blast furnace of Shougang Jingtang Iron & Steel Plant. The corrosion proof effects are remarkable.
