半导体激光治疗小儿褶烂的临床观察

摘　　要：目的河北省儿童医院,石家庄050031观察用药与否对半导体激光治疗小儿褶烂的临床疗效。方法对照组36例,局部外涂及口服消炎药的基础上加半导体激光照射治疗;单纯半导体激光组36例局部照射。结果经过一周的治疗,对照组有效率为100%;单纯激光组有效率为95.73%,两组痊愈显效率比例差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光治疗小儿褶烂效果好。Objective The observation medication or not treats the young child pleat rotten clinical curative effect to the semiconductor laser. Method The control group 36 examples,partial outside Tu Ji takes orally the antiphlogistic in the foundation to add the semiconductor laser show treatment; Pure semiconductor laser group 36 example local irradiations. Results After one week-long treatment,control group effectiveness is 100%; Pure laser group effectiveness is 95.73%,two group of healing obviously efficiency proportion difference has statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The semiconductor laser treats the young child pleat rotten effect to be good.
