彩超引导下经皮肾穿刺造瘘术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声(Color Doppler Image)引导经皮肾穿刺造瘘术的临床应用价值。方法:在彩超引导下对31例患者行经皮肾穿刺造瘘,其中13例行钬激光碎石;11例行脓肿置管引流;7例行积水置管引流。结果:30例成功,1例失败,无胸膜、周围脏器损伤及大出血等并发症。结论:彩色多普勒超声引导经皮肾穿刺造瘘手术成功率高,创伤小,安全,具有较高的临床实用价值。Objective：To investigate the clinical application value of percutaneous renopuncture fistulation under the guidance of color doppler image.Methods：31 cases patients took percutaneous renopuncture fistulation under the guidance of color doppler image.Among them,13 cases took holmium laser lithotripsy;11 cases took pyonephrosis drainage;7 cases took hydronephrosis drainage.Results;30 cases succeeded,1 case failed.The operation didn′ t cause complications,for example： pleura injury,environs organs injury,serious hemorrhage,etc.Conclusion：The operation of percutaneous renopuncture fistulation under the guidance of color doppler ultrasound has high successful rate.It is safe,with less injury,and having high practical value.
