摘　　要：目的:介绍各类烧伤患者在皮肤原位再生复原技术规范应用中的临床表现和应对处置方法,总结"体细胞转化为干细胞、再原位再生皮肤组织器官"的治疗效果。方法:以三度六分法对各类型烧伤创面规范应用皮肤原位再生复原技术的全身治疗和创面各期临床表现进行分析总结。结果:皮肤原位再生复原技术规范应用对大面积深度烧伤患者全身器官损伤和创面都有明显的原位再生复原治疗作用。结论:皮肤原位再生复原技术规范应用为烧伤患者提供了全新的治疗方法,结合烧伤发病的系统治疗,临床结果显示其具有可靠的疗效、较强的实用性和先进性。Objective： To introduce various types of burn patients＇ clinical situations and problems encountered, and respective methods to treat them as Skin Regenerative Restoration Therapy in situ was used in accordance of its standardized treatment guidelines. And to summarize the clinical effect of somatic cell turning into stem cell and then regeneratively restoring tissues and organs in situ. Method： The burn injury wound was described with naked eye and physical examination symptoms according to Burn Three Degree and Six Classifications method on the basis of skin anatomy of burn damage level. Moreover, systemic treatment and clinical situations of differential burn stages in the standardized treatment course were summarized. Results： The obviously regenerative restoration effect on both of body organs and skin wounds was observed for the extensive and deep burn patients treated with Skin Regenerative Restoration Therapy in Situ. Conclusion： Skin Regenerative Restoration Therapy provides a new approach to treat burn injury. Combing systemic treatment, the Therapy shows reliable, practical and advanced efficacy.
