湿润烧伤膏治疗婴幼儿烧伤91例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗婴幼儿烧伤的临床效果。方法:将91例不同面积及深度的婴幼儿烧伤创面应用MEBO治疗,分别行暴露、半暴露或包扎疗法,观察创面愈合情况及患儿对治疗的反应。结果:除2例因Ⅲ度创面>2%久治不愈给予手术植皮愈合外,其他病例均非手术治愈,73例未留瘢痕,18例合并感染的深Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度创面遗留少许瘢痕,功能恢复良好,且治疗过程中疼痛轻,无1例发生全身感染。结论:MEBO在婴幼儿烧伤治疗中,具有止痛快、痛苦小、瘢痕轻、功能好的优点,是治疗婴幼儿烧伤的理想外用药。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO ointment in treating infant bum. Method： 91 cases of infant burn patients with different area and depth were treated with MEBO Ointment by exposed, semi - exposed and bandage therapy. The wound healing and infant response were observed and recorded. Results： Except of 2 cases＇ refractory wounds resulted from more than 2% of m degree burns being treated and healed with skin grafting, the rest all healed with no surgical operation treatment. Of all patients, 73 cases healed without scar formation ,18 of infected cases with II degree and m degree wounds had slight cars. All of cases recovered with good function and had little complain about the pain. No case of systemic infection was founded. Conclusion： MEBO ointment to treat infant bum has some advantages including fast stopping- pain, less suffering, slight scars, and good function recovery. So it is an ideal topical drug to treat infants＇ bums.
