小儿会阴部烧烫伤24例治疗总结

摘　　要：目的:观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗小儿会阴部Ⅱ度～Ⅲ度烧烫伤的临床疗效。方法:对自2005年8月至2009年6月采用美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗的24例小儿会阴部烧烫伤患者的临床病历资料进行回顾性总结。结果:美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗会阴部烧烫伤创面愈合时间缩短,疼痛缓解,功能正常。结论:美宝湿润烧伤膏可促进小儿会阴部Ⅱ度～Ⅲ度烧烫伤创面再生修复,减轻疼痛,控制创面感染。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of MEBO in treating pediatric burns with II -III degree in perineum. Method： Retrospective summary was made for 24 cases of pediatric patients in perineum bums, who were hospitalized from Aug. 2005 to Jun. 2009 and treated with MEBO Ointment. Result： MEBO Ointment in treating perineum burns accelerated wound healing, reduced pigmentation formation. There was no scar formation observed. Conclusion： MEBO Ointment in treating II - III degree burns in perineum can promote wound regenerative recovery, relief pain and control infection etc.
