摘　　要：介绍了后轮罩拉伸成形中出现的成形困难、回弹严重和表面拉毛3大技术难点的解决方法,其中,尤其对MOCR合金铸铁模面进行激光相变强化处理,进行了深入的探索,希望找到一种新的解决模具拉毛问题的途径。Chronicled three serious technical solutions of the rear cover forming difficultiesh appen in the process of drawing and forming,serious spring and surface scoring,among ofw hich,we specially concern about laser phase transformation-hardened on the MOCR alloy casti ron die surface and explore deeply,hoping to find a new solution to deal with die scoringp roblems.
