摘　　要：通过一款宽1.2mm细小针式端子的设计,对于易变形易打拐的小型产品,采取放大尺寸设计的方法,增加产品的接触工作面;采用关键成形凸模固定于卸料板中的方法,压紧产品再成形,加大产品成形的稳定性,避免产品的打拐变形,最后利用整形得到合格的尺寸,从而确保产品的质量。by the design of one pin-shaped terminal （1.2mm wide）, for the terminal that be easy to be out of shape, we can magnify the design measures, add the product touch working face, fix the key raised-die in the unloading board, pressing the product tightly to shaping, add the product shaping stability, and avoid the product to be out of shape, and in the end, we can use the sizing to find the regular measure, and thus, we can ensure the good quality.
