摘　　要：以曼氏血吸虫２８ｋＤａ谷胱甘肽Ｓ－转移酶的有效抗原肽Ｐ１４１为先导肽，通过分别改变在结构上、Ｃｈｏｕ－Ｆａｓｍａｎ构象参数上和亲水性上相似的氨基酸残基设计并合成了４个类似物，通过ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定了它们对血吸虫表膜抗原多克隆抗体的抗原性，通过类似物与Ｐ１４１的活性比较讨论了构效关系。Four analogs of effective antigenic peptide P141 of 28kDa glutathione S transferase of schistosoma mansoni have been designed according to similarity of the amino acid residues in the structure, Chou Fasmans secondary structural parameters P α, P β and P t values and hydrophilicity of amino acid residues,respectively.They were synthesized by using solid phase method and their antigenicities were assayed by ELISA method with anti schistosomal polyclonal antibodies to surface membrane antigen.The structure activity relationship of P141 and its analogs was discussed.
