摘　　要：根据椭圆形洗发水瓶盖的结构特点,以及外观质量和生产批量的要求,通过对该塑件的工艺分析,介绍了一种采用液压缸带动齿轮齿条脱内螺纹牙的机构。并根据成型零件的结构特点,通过巧妙的冷却水道设计,达到了模具快速均衡冷却效果,极大地提高了生产效率,该注射模采用齿轮齿条与顶管组合脱模,实现了自动化生产要求。According to the structure of eclipse cover of shampoo battle and the demand of exterior quality and the production batch, the organization of pulling of inner thread by hydraulic cylinder driving the gear and the rack is introduced. By designing the cool pipeline, the mold can be cooled quickly. This can improve the productivity,using the combination of gear and rack and the thimble to realize the automatically stripping.
