摘  要:目的:探讨羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂氟伐他汀对氧化亚氮缺乏性高血压大鼠肾脏细胞凋亡的影响。方法:给予左旋-硝基精氨酸甲酯(L-nitro-arginine-methyl-ester,L-NAME)建立氧化亚氮缺乏性高血压肾脏硬化大鼠模型,观察氟伐他汀对高血压肾脏硬化大鼠Fas、FasL、Bax和Bcl-2蛋白表达水平的影响。结果:氟伐他汀使高血压肾脏硬化大鼠凋亡蛋白Fas、FasL、Bax表达减少,抗凋亡蛋白Bcl-2表达增加。结论:氟伐他汀能够改善高血压肾脏硬化,调节细胞凋亡水平可能是其机制之一。Objective: To assess the apoptosis occurring in the kidney of SD rats induced by L-nitro-arginine-methyl-ester(L-NAME) over time and investigate the effects of fluvastatin treatment. Methods: Male SD rats were administered by L-NAME to form hypertensive nephropathy,then the rats were administered by fluvastatin,at last the rats had their kidneys removed to measure protein expression of Fas, FasL, Bax and Bcl-2 genes by Western blot. Pathologic measurement had been taken. Results: After fluvastatin treatment the protein expression of Fas, FasL and Bax were more depressed and the protein expression of Bcl-2 was higher. Conclusion : Fluvastatin prevented or retarded hypertension-induced renal nephropathy via inhibition of renal nephropathy fibrosis, the apoptosis might be one of the mechanisms.
