微波联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗宫颈、阴道尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨微波联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)治疗女性宫颈、阴道尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)的疗效及安全性。方法:选取56例女性宫颈、阴道尖锐湿疣患者,其中初发组30例,复发组26例。先用微波凝固快速去除可见的疣体,再立即进行ALA-PDT治疗。结果:经微波联合ALA-PDT治疗一个疗程(14天)后,观察随访3个月,48例痊愈,其余8例有不同程度的复发,总复发率为14.3%。其中初发组2例复发,复发率为6.7%;复发组6例复发,复发率为23.1%。结论:微波联合ALA-PDT是治疗女性宫颈、阴道尖锐湿疣的一种快速、安全的方法。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of microwave in combination with 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamie therapy（ALA-PDT） in the treatment of cervical and vaginal condyloma acuminatum（CA）. Methods： Fifty-six patients with cervical and vaginal CA were allocated into primary and recurrent group. Microwave was used to remove warts quickly and then followed by ALA-PDT immediately. Results ： After one session （ 14 d） of treatment, 48 cases of the 56 patients were cured after 3 months of follow- up. The total recurrence rate was 14.3%. Of the 8 recurrent cases, 2 cases were in primary group and 6 in recurrent group. The recurrence rate of recurrent group was 23.1%. Conclusion： Microwave in combination with ALA-PDT was a quick, safe treatment for cervical and vaginal CA.
