摘　　要：播开辟了新的理想境界。论述数字化图书馆的特点、数字化文献信息资源建设、数字化图书馆的资源共享模式、数字化文献利用与"黑客"撞击、数字化文献的法律属性、数字化图书馆人才结构等,以期加快信息化图书馆建设的步伐,早日实现全球信息资源共享。Digital Library construction, not only brought a revolutionary change for librarianship, but also opened a new era for the rapid dissemination of literature information. This article elaborated the features of digital library, digital information resources construction, digital library resource sharing model, digital document use and ＂ hackers＂ impact, legal property of digital document , personnel structure of digital library, etc. so as to quicken the steps of digial library construction and global information resources sharing.
