摘　　要：层次分析法是一种定性和定量相结合的、系统化、层次化的分析方法,它可以有效地应用于项目决策问题。如何将有限资金分配到有效项目中,是电网改造投资的一个难题。层次分析法可以应用于电网工程项目排序的决策中,从而使有限的资金得到合理应用。AHP is a qualitative,quantitative,systematic and hierarchical analytical method,which is often applied to decision-making problems in projects.How to allocate limited funding to profitable projects is a difficult problem in the investment of the power grid reconstruction.AHP can be applied to the decision-making problem of the sequencing of power grid projects to make reasonable use of the limited funding.
