摘  要:本研究以中9018自交系为母本以及中棉所45自交系为父本进行杂交,构建了219个F2:3家系,将其分成两份后分别种植于河南省安阳和安徽省望江,每个点分别设置了三个重复。用6753对引物筛选亲本多态性,获得了193个多态位点并进行标记间连锁分析,其中的127个位点构建了一张包括33个连锁群,全长为1396.2cM的陆地棉品种间分子标记遗传图谱。另外利用基于混合线性模型的QTLNet-work2.0软件对产量相关性状进行QTL分析,共检测到5个加性QTL和10对上位性QTL。这些结果为进一步的QTL精细定位以及棉花杂种优势利用奠定了基础,并可以此为参考选择部分材料供后续研究使用。We used 9018 inbred lines as maternal parent and CRI45 as paternal parent,respectively,to construct the F2:3 mapping population.The F2:3 mapping population includes 219 lines which was divided into two parts:one was planted in Anyang,Henan,and the other was planted in Wangjiang,Anhui,3 blocks in every environment.In this research we identified 193 polymorphic loci with 6 753 pairs of SSR primers and than the linkage test indicated that 127 loci could be mapped to 33 linkage groups which had a whole genetic distance of 1 396.2 cM of upland cotton.The QTL analyses for yield-related traits in F2:3 populations showed that five additive QTLs and ten pairs of epistatic QTLs were detected by employing the software QTLNet-work version 2.0 based on the mixed linear model.The results may lay a base for subtle QTL mapping,utilizaion of cotton heterosis,and materials choosing for subsequent research.
