摘  要:从油田产出水中筛选出一株能在75℃条件下产生表面活性剂的高温菌,经形态、生理生化特征及Biolog微生物自动鉴定仪鉴定,该菌为枯草芽孢杆菌.生物表面活性剂的临界胶束质量浓度CMC为130mg/L.对其激活条件进行优化,优化结果为:该菌最佳碳源、氮源和最佳盐度分别为花生油、酵母膏和质量分数0.5%的NaCl.用该菌株在模拟75℃高温油藏条件下进行物模驱油实验,结果表明:在培养10d后可提高采收率4.5%.菌株B-1在微生物采油中具有很好的应用前景.A strain for producing biosurfactant at the high temperature of 75 ℃is separated from oilfield produced-water.The bacterium is identified as Bacillus subtilis according to its morphology,physiological and biochemical characters and microbial identification using Biolog automatic Identification System.The critical micelle concentration (CMC)of the biosurfactant is 130 mg/L.The medium composition and the cultivation conditions of the bacterium are optimized by single factor experiment.The results show that the best carbon source,nitrogen source and salinity of the bacterium are peanut oil,yeast extract and NaCl respectively,and the best mass fraction of NaCl is 0.5%.the simulation experimental results of the strain in the simulated reservoir of 75 ℃ show that the recovery factor can be increased by 4.5% after the strain is trained 10 days.Strain B-1 will have a very good application prospects in microbial oil recovery.
