摘　　要：基于联机事务处理(OLTP)的传统医院信息系统(HIS)主要追求日常医疗及管理业务电子化的高速度和准确性,不能满足管理者对复杂数据的系统分析和决策支持的需求.数据仓库和联机分析处理(OLAP)则弥补了传统数据库在分析型应用上的不足.提出了一个实现医院的数据仓库系统解决方案,并以实例说明OLAP和数据挖掘技术在药房信息管理和分析决策中的应用.实际应用表明,新的解决方案对降低劳动强度和提高工作效率有明显的效果.The traditional hospital information system based on OLTP focuses on the high speed and the accuracy of the electronicizing of daily medical and management transaction,but it cannot meet the requirement of managers to the systematic analysis of complex data and decision making.Data warehouse and OLAP can make up the shortcomings of traditional database in the systematic analysis of complex data.A scheme in which OLAP and data mining are applied to hospital information system is presented,and the hospital information system based on data warehouse technology can provide the systematic analysis of complex data and the support of decision-making to hospital managers.An application example shows that the new scheme can achieve to the design purpose,and it can also decrease labor intensity and improve working efficiency.
