摘  要:试验表明去除种皮珍珠花种子很快萌发,但幼苗的培养和移植较麻烦;采用98%的硫酸处理种子3d,然后播于土壤中,萌发的速度稍慢一些,但方法简单,幼苗成活率高,是一种行之有效的萌发方法.种子萌发和幼苗生长的最适温度为15~20℃.种皮对珍珠花种子的萌发起着机械性限制作用,解剖结构显示由于种皮由多层石细胞组成防碍了种子胚乳和胚对水分的吸收而导致种子不能萌发.The experiments about seeds germination of Staphylea bumalda DC were conducted. The seeds were treated with different temperature, plant hormones, sulphate and getting off the coats of seeds by machanical method.It was showed that the reliable and simple method of seed germination is to sow directly in soil after sulphate treatment on seeds for three days.The seed coat osmotic character was tested also. The water content absorbed by seed was never up over 28% of seed dried weight .The anatomy of ed coat and macerated cells of coat were observed. The coat is consisted of many layers of stonecells which are main restrictive factor to seed germination. The seeds being get the coats off will germinate and develop into seedlings under adeqiate moisture and temprature about (15 ~ 20℃ ). Changes of viability and vigor of slotal seeds have for monitored for 3 years.The seeds will lost their viability if they were slotal at above 30℃ after be three months. Stored at low temperature (about 4℃ ) seeds will be prolonged longevity.
