摘　　要：[目的]分析2009年泰安市流感流行特征及病原变化情况。[方法]对2009年5月11日至12月31日泰安市流感监测哨点医院和流感暴发疫情监测资料进行分析。[结果]2009年,监测哨点医院门诊流感样病例占同期门急诊就诊总数的4.97%,这一比例,第20～35周为2.71%,第35～42周为7.06%,第43～50周为7.84%,第51～53周为3.70%;检测690例病人鼻咽拭子或下呼吸道标本,流感病毒核酸阳性率为45.36%,阳性标本中甲型H1N1流感病毒占87.54%。期间发生流感样疾病暴发疫情61起,其中由甲型H1N1流感病毒引起的占83.61%。[结论]甲型H1N1流感病毒是2009年流感流行季节的优势毒株。[Objective]To analyze the epidemiological and pathogenic characteristics of influenza in Tai＇an city in 2009.[Methods]Analysis was made on surveillance data of the National Influenza Sentinel Surveillance Hospital and the outbreak of epidemic during May 11,2009 to Dec 31,2009.[Results]In 2009,the Influenza-Like Illness（ILI）proportion of the total number of emergency and outpatient was 4.97%;while the proportion of 20th-35th week,36th-42th week,43th-50th week and 51th-53th week was 2.71%,7.06%,7.84% and 3.70% respectively,a total of 690 specimens were tested,and the positive rate of nucleic acid tested positive was 45.36%,the proportion of A（H1N1）in the positive specimens was 87.54%.There were a total of 61 outbreak epidemic during this period,the proportion of outbreak epidemic caused by A（H1N1）was 83.61%.[Conclusion]A（H1N1）is the advantage strain in 2009.
