摘　　要：[目的]了解自愿无偿献血者艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况,确认HIV感染者。[方法]2009年3～12月,对大连市血液中心筛查HIV抗体阳性的82份自愿无偿献血者血样进行HIV抗体和抗原复检,复检阳性血样用WB确认,部分血样3～6个月复查。[结果]复检血样82份,确认HIV抗体阳性3份,未发现p24抗原阳性的早期感染者。[结论]2009年3～12月,大连市在自愿无偿献血人群中发现3例HIV感染者。[Objective]To understand the status of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）infection in the voluntary blood donors and ascertain the positive ones.[Methods]From May to December 2009,82 HIV positive blood donors＇ specimens screened by the blood center of Dalian were retested by HIV antigen/antibody screening test.The positive re-screening specimens were confirmed by western blot and the susceptible specimens were followed-up after 3-6 months.[Results]In 82 re-screening blood specimens,3 were confirmed anti-HIV positive,while no HIV p24 antigens in early infection were found.[Conclusion]From May to December 2009,3 cases are infected with HIV in blood donors in Dalian city.
