2000～2009年商洛市艾滋病疫情分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解商洛市艾滋病的流行状况,为制定防治政策提供科学依据。[方法]对商洛市2000～2009年艾滋病监测资料与专题调查资料进行分析。[结果]商洛市自2000年发现第1例HIV感染者,至2009年累计发现HIV感染者65例;合计检测各类人群149068人次,检出HIV抗体阳性者48例,阳性检出率为0.032%;外地报告17例,本地报告外地4例。本市户籍的61例中,艾滋病病人47例,死亡22例。61例HIV感染者中,农民(包括农民工)58例;山阳县38例,商南县、洛南县、丹凤县各5例,商州区4例,镇安县3例,柞水县1例;感染途径为有偿献血浆者30例,异性性传播13例,男男性传播3例,输血/血制品感染4例,注射毒品2例,不详9例。[结论]商洛市艾滋病目前处于低流行期,性接触传播有上升趋势。[Objective]To understand AIDS epidemic in Shangluo city,so as to provide the scientific basis for formulating prevention policies.[Methods]Analysis was made on AIDS monitoring data and the project survey data in Shangluo city during 2000 to 2009.[Results]Since the first HIV infection case was found Shangluo city in 2000,a total of 65 HIV infection cases were reported by 2009.Among a total of 149 068 people from various populations detected,48 cases were detected HIV positive,with a positive rate of 0.032%.17 immigrant cases were reported,and 4 local cases were reported.Among local 61 cases,47 were AIDS patients,with 22 deaths.Among 61 cases infected with HIV,58 were farmers（including migrant workers）;38 cases in Shanyang county,5 cases in Shangnan,Luonan,and Danfeng counties respectively,4 cases in Shangzhou district,3 cases in Zhen＇an county,1 case in Zhashui county;30 were paid blood donor cases,13 were heterosexual transmission cases,3 were MSM cases,4 were blood transfusion/blood products infection cases,2 were injection drug use cases,9 were unknown cases.[Conclusion]AIDS epidemic is at a low prevalence in Shangluo city,sexual contact transmission is on the rise.
