摘 要:对某型100%低地板轻轨车采用独立车轮动力转向架的导向机理进行分析。认为独立车轮动力转向架一侧的前、后2个车轮与轨道的接触处会因转向架前、后"轮对"发生横移和摇头而出现纵向蠕滑,产生纵向蠕滑力;在纵向蠕滑力矩的作用下,转向架前、后"轮对"将反向摇头和横移,从而使独立车轮转向架实现导向功能。通过定性分析、公式推导和动态仿真,论证了纵向耦合蠕滑导向理论的正确性,公式计算和动态仿真的结果均与定性分析的结论一致。纵向耦合能够使独立车轮动力转向架获得导向能力;实现纵向耦合的方式可以是机械的,也可以是电气的;纵向耦合独立车轮转向架的导向能力不如传统轮对转向架。The steering principle of a certain type of all low floor LRV with the independent wheel power bogie was analyzed. The contact area between the front and the rear two wheels of the independent wheel motor bogie and the track may have longitudinal creep due to the lateral movement and the yawing occurred on the front and the rear wheelsets of the bogie and may generate the longitudinal creep moment. Under the action of the longitudinal moment,the front and the rear wheelsets will produce reverse yawing and lateral movement,which consequently facilitates the independent wheel motor bogie to realize the steering function. The correctness of the longitudinal coupled creep steering principle has been proved by qualitative analysis,formula derivation and dynamic simulation. The results of both the formula calculation and the dynamic simulation agree well with the conclusions of the qualitative analysis. The longitudinal coupling can make the independent wheel power bogie steer. The mode to achieve the longitudinal coupling can be either mechanical or electrical. The steering ability of the longitudinal coupled independent wheel bogie is not as good as the conventional wheelset bogie.
