摘 要:目的:探讨不离心直接上游法优化精子前后精子动态与形态学主要参数的变化。方法:随机采用不离心直接上游和洗涤上游2种方法对90例患者130个夫精宫腔内人工授精周期前的精子进行优化,分析这2种方法优化精子前后精子动态与形态学主要参数变化的差异。结果:130个夫精宫腔内人工授精周期中,洗涤上游法70个周期,不离心直接上游法60个周期。2种上游法处理精液后,精子动态学主要参数与处理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),形态学主要参数与处理前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不离心直接上游法优化后精子的主要参数与洗涤上游法比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:不离心直接上游法优化精子可以选择应用于夫精宫腔内人工授精前精液的体外处理。Objective:To investigate the motility and morphology archi-parameters changes of the spermatozoa before and after the optimization of direct swim up without centrifugation.Methods:130 semen specimens from 90 patients and 130 cycles of intra uterine insemination with husband sperm(IUI) were randomly selected and optimized by direct swim up without centrifugation and routine washed swim up.The motility and morphology archi-parameters differential changes of the spermatozoa before and after the optimization were analyzed.Results:Among 130 cycles of IUI,70 semen specimens were optimized by routine washed swim up and 60 semen specimens were optimized by direct swim up without centrifugation.Two methods could improve the spermatozoa motility archi-parameters and there were significant differences after optimized(P〈0.05).However,the spermatozoa morphology archi-parameters remained unchanged after optimized in two methods(P〉0.05).There were no difference in the motility and morphology archi-parameters changes of the spermatozoa when compared direct swim up without centrifugation with routine washed swim up method(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Direct swim up without centrifugation was maybe selected one optimization method for IUI.
