中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症100例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将100例病例随机分为对照组和治疗组,各50例,对照组采用地塞米松、利多卡因、维生素B骶椎管注射疗法,治疗组在此基础上服用中药独活寄生汤并加用中药热敷治疗。结果:治疗后总有效率对照组为74%,治疗组为92%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗腰椎问盘突出症疗效显著,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective：To observe clinical effect in the treatment of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion（LIDP） with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,each 50 cases.Control group（50 cases） were treated by sacral vetebral tube injection with Dexamethasone,Lidocaine and Vitamin B.Besides sacral vetebral tube injection,treatment group（50 cases） were also treated by Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine.Results：The total effective rate was 92% in treatment group,74% in control group.The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese and western medicine is good to treat LIDP,it＇s worthy of clinical use.
