摘　　要：目的:评价磺胺嘧啶银粉干燥疗法治疗压疮的疗效。方法:采用随机对照法进行临床试验,将我院收治的30例压疮患者分为治疗组(n=14)和对照组(n=16)。对两组患者的治愈率、有效率、治疗天数、愈合时间进行比较。结果:治疗组治愈率和有效率均明显高于对照组,治疗天数和愈合时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:磺胺嘧啶银干燥疗法治疗压疮疗效显著。Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Silver Sulfadiazine Powder dry treatment for pressure sores.Methods：Conducted a randomized controlled clinical trials,30 pressure sore patients in our hospital were divided into treatment group and controlled group.The cured rate,effect rate,days of treatment,healing time of two groups were compared.Results：The cured rate and effect rate of treatment group were obviously higher than controlled group,and the days of treatment,healing time of treatment group were significantly lower than controlled group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of Silver Sulfadiazine Powder dry treatment for pressure sores is notable.
