复方天麻蜜环糖肽片联合氟桂利嗪治疗颈性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方天麻蜜环糖肽片(脑珍)联合氟桂利嗪治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将100例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组50例,对照组50例。两组均使用氟桂利嗪胶囊为基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加复方天麻蜜环糖肽片,疗程21d,疗程结束后评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方天麻蜜环糖肽片联合氟桂利嗪治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effects of compound Armillaria Mellea Tablets（Naozhen） and Flunarizine Capsule in the treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods：100 cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases of treatment group,50 cases of control group.Both groups were treated with Flunarizine Capsule as basic cure for 21 days,and the treatment group was added to orally compound Armillaria Mellea Tablets for 21 days.The curative effect was evaluated after treatment.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96%,while that of the control group was 68%,the differences was statically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Compound Armillaria Mellea Tablets and Flunarizine Capsule have better therapeutic effect for cervical vertigo.
