尾式酪氨酸卟啉及其金属配合物的合成

摘　　要：报道了５［（对Ｎ酪氨酸丁氧基）苯基］１０，１５，２０三（对氯苯基）卟啉（Ｈ２Ｌ）及其配合物ＭＬＣｌ（Ｍ＝Ｃｏ，Ｆｅ，Ｍｎ）的合成，经元素分析、ＵＶｃｉｓ、荧光光谱、ＩＲ和１ＨＮＭＲ等结构表征．催化实验发现除配体外，３种配合物在分子氧氧化苯甲醛的反应中具有催化作用．Meso5[(pNtyrosine butoxyl)phenyl]10,15,20tri(pchloro phenyl)]porphyrin(H 2L)and its complexes MLCl(M=Co,Fe,Mn)were synthesied and were characterized by 1H NMR,IR,UVvis and fluorescence spectra.The oxidation of aromatie aldehydes with O 2 has been investigated in the presence of complexes.It was observed the complexes MLCl can all catalyze the oxidation aromatic aldehydes,while H 2L is inactive,CoL is the better catalyst compared with other tailed amino acid porphyrins in the same condition.
