静息超声心动图对冠心病心肌梗死诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者静息超声心动图室壁运动异常与冠状动脉造影病变血管间的关系。方法对30例疑冠心病患者，其中确诊心肌梗死（MI）17例，均给予静息超声心动图检查与冠状动脉造影检查，分析室壁运动异常与病变血管间的关系。结果在30例患者中，冠状动脉造影病变血管≥75％（33支）、22例，静息超声心动图有相应室壁运动异常28支，占73．3％；17例MI患者梗死相关血管病变均≥80％，有相应室壁运动异常26支，占53．3％。其中5例UA患者。结论静息超声心动图室壁运动异常与冠状动脉造影病变血管间有一定的对应关系，在MI患者二者间有极好的对应性。Objective To investigate patients with coronary heart resting echoeardiogram wall motion abnormalities and coronary angiography in the relationship between vascular disease. Methods 30 patients suspeeted of coronary heart disease,ineluding diagnosis of myocardial infarction（MI） 17 patients were treated with resting echoeardiography and coronary angiography, analysis of wall motion abnormalities and the relationship between vascular lesions. Results In 30 patients, coronary angiography coronary arteries ≥ 75% 33 branches in 22 cases ,the resting eehoeardiogram with the corresponding wall motion abnormalities 28,73.3% ;17 eases of MI in patients with infarct-related artery lesions were ≥ 80% ,with corresponding wall motion abnormalities 26, aceounting for 53.3%. UA patients were in 5 cases. Conclusion Resting eehocardiogram wall motion abnormalities and eoronary artery disease have a eertain correspondence between the relations between the two patients in the MI has a very good correspondence.
