摘 要:结合中原油田文三污水处理站处理水配伍性评价,比较了离子分析法、比色分析法以及质量分析法等试验方法的特点,指出了质量分析法的优势。针对配伍性试验质量分析法存在的不足,提出了悬浮固体对试验结果影响的消除方法,根据油田水样高含二价铁的特征及其对混配后试验结果的明显影响,阐述了垢物含铁分析方法及对试验结果的修正方法。通过对文三污水处理站处理水与地层水配伍性评价试验结果的分析研究,明确了处理水与地层水配伍性好,也验证了试验方法对配伍性评价的可行性和科学性。Compatibility static test method could be applied to estimate the compatibility of injected water with formation water,in witch various additives were added ,it could be used to choose water resources and evaluate the compatibility of treated water by the designed treatment plans,but there was no universal evaluation method.According to the compatibility evaluation of water treatment in Wensan Wastewater Treatment Station of of Zhongyuan Oilfield,characteristics of the experimental methods of the ion analysis,colorimetric analysis and quality analysis were compared.the advantages of the quality analysis are pointed out.In consideration of its shortcomings in the quality analysis method,a method for eliminating the effect of suspended solids.Based on oil field water samples with high content of divalent ,iron oxides obviously affected the results of the test,it presents iron analysis method in the generated scale and correction method on the experimental results.The research on the compatibility of water treatment in Wensan Wastewater Treatment Station not only proves the compatibility ,but also verifys the evaluation method as scientific and feasible.
