摘 要:在实验室合成、筛选出一种可以在碱性、偏碱性(pH值≤9)条件下发生化学反应的生热剂体系ASR、BSR以及催化剂TED。使用自生热低伤害压裂液,可以解决常规压裂液对高凝、稠油油井的"冷伤害"问题;自生热体系压裂液可以在地层中产生气体,增加返排能量,降低压裂液破胶液的表面张力,降低或消除储层水锁效应,从而提高压裂效果。试验表明,环境温度越高,化学反应的生热速度越快;生热剂浓度越高,生热速度也越快;在相同的反应条件下,生热速度与催化剂的加入量成正比关系。该体系压裂液在新疆油田东泉3井上得到了应用,施工顺利。A fracturing fluid system was synthesized and selected in laboratory which could generate chemical reaction under alkali-meta-alkaline (pH≤9)condition including thermogenic agent ASR,BSR and catalyst TED. The problem of 'cold damage' for high pour point or heavy oil well stimulation with conventional fracturing fluid could be settled with low damage thermogenic fracturing fluid. After pumping the described fracturing fluid into well,gas would be generated in target zone,thus the back flow ability could be raised and the surface tension of gel-breaker could be lowered and 'water lock effect' could be weakened to enhance fracturing effect.Laboratory experiment shows that the higher the environmental temperature is,the higher the speed of heat generates,the higher the concentration of thermogenic agent is,the higher the speed of heat generates. In the same reaction condition,the speed of heat generation is proportional to the amount of catalyst. The described fluid system is applied in fracturing of Well Dongquan 3,and field application is carried out smoothly.
