摘 要:针对海拉尔油田在注水开发过程中存在注水井注入压力长期居高不下、注水量低的问题,提出通过注入一种带有阳离子基团的物质(在此称为分子膜剂)溶液可以缓解这一问题。该分子膜剂与带有负电荷的岩石表面具有极强的吸附能力,被注入地层后会取代水膜而吸附在岩石孔隙内表面,并形成一层纳米级分子膜,使岩石由原来的强水润变为中间湿或弱水湿,从而提高了水相渗透率,达到降压增注目的。通过室内试验研究及现场应用实践表明,该技术可以降低该油田注水井的注水压力,提高油藏的吸水能力。In allusion to the problem of prolonged high pressure in water injection and low water injection volume in the development of Hailaer Oilfield,it was proposed that a kind of matter with cationic groups(it was called a molecular film) could be used to solve the problem.The molecular film and the negative charged rock surface had very strong adsorption ability,after it was injected it would form the intermediate-wet or slightly water-wet monomolecular film instead of the water film on the surface of the siliceous rock with negative electrical charge by way of the static electricity adsorption. The water-wet state has changed into the intermediate-wet or slightly water-wet state,and the water phase permeability could be notably improved. The core-flooding experiment and the field application indicate that the technology can be used to reduce the pressure in injection wells and raised water adsorption capacity in the reservoirs.
